LEARNING TOGETHER IN THE SCHOOL OF THE FUTURE

Rantakylä Teacher Training School – Apple Distinguished School

Rantakylä Teacher Training School was selected as an Apple Distinguished School in Sep-
tember 2021 for a three-year designation 2021-2024. Apple Distinguished Schools are re-
cognized worldwide for continuous innovation in learning, teaching, and the school envi-
ronment. Only two schools from Finland were selected, the other being Ylitornion lukio.

This article consists of the ADS-school application texts that were transmitted to Apple
during the application period in spring 2021. In Rantakylä, we feel proud of the hard work
we have done to accomplish the status. As a young, innovative and dynamic school, we
are already looking forward for the next innovative forms of education. Being a part of the
ADS-community has brought us many inspiring moments and partners both from Finland
and abroad.
